A small-town girl from Central California, Jacey never missed a beat moving to the big city and fitting into the busy pace at our office!
Her past experience working at a busy preschool and as a private nanny in Los Angeles, equipped her to understand the varied needs of busy households. As one of our beloved Placement Counselors, she spends her days working diligently to find each of her clients just the right nanny for their family.
In addition to her work as a placement counselor, Jacey also manages our incredibly busy and ever-growing Temporary Division. In this role she overseas our Premier Babysitting Membership as well as our our Hotel, Church, and Event Care staffing to ensure that families and businesses in need of temporary coverage receive excellent care.
Outside of the office, she enjoys knitting, photography, and spending time with her husband and her dog, Jasper. With her bubbly, proactive, and warm nature, Jacey not only works hard but inspires everyone around her to do the same!
Born in New Jersey but raised in North Carolina, Kaitlin McHugh has that touch of East Coast savvy mixed with the warmth of southern charm!
Kaitlin is the eldest of 5 – yes 5, and has shown exceptional leadership skills from an early age! She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Appalachian State University and continued her studies by earning her secondary teaching license.
Kaitlin has worked as both a teacher and a professional nanny, even landing her first nanny job in Los Angeles through our agency, before joining our office team! Kaitlin worked as our Lead Recruiter, ensuring we represented the best of the best, before moving into her current role as a Placement Counselor and Director of Recruiting.
Aside from her work in the office, Kaitlin enjoys reading, hiking, arts and crafts, gardening, and picking up babysitting jobs whenever she gets the chance (she will always be a nanny at heart)! A mother to two sweet children, Kaitlin can easily relate to both nannies and parents, and knows from experience how essential it is to get the right match!
Originally from Virginia, Heidi attended the University of Georgia and received a degree in Communications before settling permanently in Los Angeles.
With a background as a celebrity stylist she knows first hand the demands that LA parents face and how important it is to have the right team in place. As a mom herself she is passionate about helping other parents find the balance between work life and parent life which often comes in the form of an incredible nanny.
When she isn’t working you might find her on a hike with her son, trying new recipes or volunteering for one of the many causes she is passionate about. In fact, she was first introduced to Westside Nannies through her volunteer work at GOOD+. The meeting was meant to be as now, years later, she is an irreplaceable part of our team.
Elyse Parzyck is as sunny and bright as LA itself!
Born and raised in Michigan, Elyse worked as a top-notch, all-star nanny from 2005 until 2013. One month after interviewing for a nanny position with Westside Nannies, she joined the internal staff and has been connecting outstanding nannies with amazing families ever since!
She began her career here as a lead recruiter, quickly transitioned to assisting with temporary placements and tackling the triage that comes along with last minute requests, worked for many years as a Placement Counselor, then Lead Placement Counselor, and has now found her sweet spot as our Permanent Placements Director. In this role, Elyse leads our team of Placement Counselors who assist families throughout the Los Angeles and beyond find their perfect match. Elyse’s commitment to excellence ensures that each and every family receives the outstanding service that Westside Nannies is known for and that both families and nannies end up exactly where they belong.
At the end of the day, Elyse feels fulfilled knowing she actively contributed to making yet another child happy by finding them a wonderful nanny. Elyse couldn’t be a more perfect fit on our team and Westside Nannies is lucky to have found such a well-rounded, efficient, and exceptional match of their own!
Friendly and adventurous, Annie is one of our all-star recruiters!
An east coast native, Annie grew up in Maryland and attended Indiana University. She has her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, with a concentration in Math. Even though our office isn’t a classroom and her role is no longer as a teacher for little ones, Annie takes a great deal of pride in finding the best nannies and helping match them with their perfect families! She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
Annie is also the youngest of four children, and is never afraid to step out of her comfort zone – whether it’s skydiving or singing the national anthem at high school basketball games. The first month she was in LA, she signed up for a solo surfing lesson! Annie approaches each new opportunity with a positive and optimistic attitude!
Annie has a wide array of talents, and within our busy, bustling office, her organizational skills stand out – she even had a business as a child where she organized people’s homes. Whether Annie is cheering on her favorite sports teams, spending time with friends, or at the office, it’s not hard to see why she makes such a valued member of our team! She has a wonderful sense of humor, compassion, loads of patience, and an adventurous spirit – all of which are just a small part of what makes Annie such a a wonderful fit as our Director of Recruiting!
Katie Provinziano has been helping LA families find outstanding nannies for over a decade.
A former nanny, and now mother and nanny employer herself, she is the founder of Westside Nannies and has a very personal and unique insight into the industry. Frequently called upon as one of the nation’s leading nanny and childcare experts, she has been quoted in the The New York Times, LA Times, and the Wall Street Journal and has been featured on E! News and Entertainment Tonight, among many others.
Katie is a board member of The Association of Premier Nanny Agencies and sits on their membership committee where she evaluates and provides feedback to nanny agencies across the country as they seek APNA membership.
Katie is widely hailed as an industry pioneer – developing and re-imagining the way nanny agencies operate and developing new, modern business practices that have been adopted by agencies across the country.
As a nod to the agency’s innovative role within the industry, Westside Nannies was recently awarded the coveted APNA Innovation Award. Under Katie’s leadership Westside Nannies has grown year after year and continues to be considered the preeminent domestic staffing agency in Southern California.
